Who We Are
Whitfield Solutions Group is a collective that combines personal and professional passions with skills, talents and interests for the benefit of the businesses and communities in which we belong. We are professionals informed by our experiences as social workers, life coaches, program developers, trainers and learners, collaboratively generating holistic solutions to address holistic organizational challenges.
The WSG team has over 20 years of experience in diversity & inclusion program development, training and implementation. Our background and expertise ensures rigorous research, clear and transparent communication, innovative and creative approaches and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Deborah Whitfield, President
Deborah Whitfield has served as director of diversity & inclusion for a local Indianapolis health network since 1995. In her role as diversity lead, Deborah’s strong leadership and efforts toward understanding and inclusiveness are primary examples of her passion to improve awareness. As co-developer of her health network’s diversity training program, she has immersed herself in the implementation of the program. In 2007, Deborah was a participant in the Diversity Leadership Academy of Greater Indianapolis, an American Institute for Managing Diversity program. In 2005, Deborah attended and completed the United Way of Indianapolis’ Leadership Training and Development course. These transformative academic and operational experiences have equipped her with the knowledge, tools and passion to guide change to our client’s business and and their surrounding markets.
